What's Involved
We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Senior Product Ops Manager to join the Product team at Ctrl Alt. This role will play a central part in ensuring the efficient operation, governance and scalability of Ctrl Alt’s tokenisation platform and associated product offerings.
Working closely with Product, Engineering, Compliance and Finance, the role will focus on designing scalable operational frameworks, improving internal processes and ensuring the platform can support the continued growth of assets issued through Ctrl Alt.
This role requires a structured and proactive operator who is comfortable working in a fast-moving fintech environment and capable of building operational infrastructure that supports both regulatory compliance and product scale.
The Role:
The Senior Product Operations Manager will be responsible for:
- Operational Ownership (MENA) - Own and oversee the day-to-day operational processes supporting the MENA business, including the onboarding and integration of customers and partners, ensuring activities are executed efficiently and in line with internal controls, local regulatory frameworks and group standards.
- Regulatory Data & MI Management - Manage and coordinate the operational data and management information required to support regulatory reporting and governance processes, working closely with Compliance and Finance to ensure accuracy, completeness and robust operational controls.
- Process Improvement & Operational Efficiency - Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce operational risk and streamline product workflows.
- Scaling Operational Infrastructure - Design and implement scalable operational frameworks that support increasing transaction volumes, new product launches and platform growth.
- Cross-Functional Coordination - Act as the operational bridge between Product, Engineering, Compliance and Finance to ensure operational readiness and effective execution of product initiatives.
This is an in-office role, based in Dubai
Requirements
Must Haves
- 5+ years experience in Product Operations, Operations Management, Fintech Operations or a similar role.
- Experience working within regulated financial services or fintech environments.
- Strong understanding of operational governance, regulatory reporting and controlled processes.
- Proven experience designing and implementing scalable operational frameworks and workflows.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on improving operational efficiency.
- Ability to operate effectively in fast-growing, early-stage environments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across product, engineering and business teams.

- Exposure to investment funds, alternative assets, capital markets, fund operations or blockchain technology.
